Naiomi is passionate about providing the best care possible by actively listening every person who walks in her door. She works with each client to create an individualized treatment plan that is tailored to their needs. She graduated in 2022 while living in BC and passed their rigorous board certification. She came to the massage therapy field as a mature student, and is dedicated to her new career.

Some of her specific interests to work with are; Pre and postnatal patients as well as women’s health, shoulder disfunction and pain, anxiety, depression and other mental health disorders, youth massage, chronic pain conditions, post concussion syndrome, headaches and migraines, as well as joint hyper-mobility. Naiomi utilizes a mixture of massage techniques in her practice depending on the condition, including Myofascial release (MFR), Trigger point release, Swedish massage, Joint mobilizations, Craniosacral and visceral massage, guided breathing exercises, and Hot Stone.

Her practice is trauma informed and she aims to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone she meets. She is registered and in good standing with the Massage Therapist’ Association of Nova Scotia.

Ellie Emberley is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with honors from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in June 2014. Ellie started her career in healthcare when she trained as a paramedic in 2006 before switching to the field of massage therapy in 2014. She has a special focus in deep tissue work, chronic neck and shoulder pain, migraines, realigning posture, pre and post natal massage, as well and infant and paediatric massage. Ellie also works as a teacher in two different yoga training schools after having gained experience teaching at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Toronto.
